REGISTATION & ACCEPTANCE

Lomie G. Heard Elementary School is a CCSD Magnet School and requires application and acceptance through an online system at magnet.ccsd.net.

REGISTRATION BEGINS APRIL 16, 2020

PART 1 - ONLINE REGISTRATION

Log on to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account and complete all registration information. Every parent/guardian has a username/password from the previous year. If you need assistance with username/password retrieval, please call our office help line at 702-799-4920 and we will get back to you.

Prior to hitting the “Submit” button, please make a note of the application number. This will need to be turned in during Part 2.

Email all documents (including the Application Summary from Part 1) to our school clerk, Yolanda Holliday, at holliy@nv.ccsd.net to finalize your registration. In your email you must include the following documents:

  • Infinite Campus Application number

  • Magnet Contract

  • After School Care form

  • Health Information form

  • Network Access form

  • Code of Conduct Agreement

  • Mobile Device Agreement

  • Parent/Guardian Picture ID (scan a copy of your ID)

  • One Proof of Address (lease/mortgage agreement or utility bill such as electric, water or gas)

  • Birth Certificate (NEW LEARNERS ONLY)

  • Immunization Record (NEW LEARNERS ONLY)

If you need assistance with your registration, please call our school help line at: 702-799-4920 between the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm. We will get back to you with answers to your questions.

PART 2 - SCHOOL REGISTRATION

AFTER you have completed the Online Registration, download and complete the documents below.
