School Meals
All enrolled learners are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch every day for no charge. No further action is required of you. Your learner(s) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a meal application.

Safekey
The Safekey program offers a healthy environment where participants will engage in, but not limited to, indoor/outdoor individual and small group games, arts & crafts, the Apple Core reading program, an afternoon snack, all designed to enhance your child’s social growth and development.
Safekey is offered before school beginning at 6:30 am and after school ending at 6:00 pm. Safekey does not operate when school is not in session (teacher trainings, Winter Break, Spring Break etc.).

School Performance Plan
The School Plan of Operation details our school wide goals for academics and student learning. In addition, it outlines the plan for how we are using our resources and personnel to accomplish our goals. This plan was created in collaboration with our SOT Team with input from all stakeholders.
EL Implementation Plan
The English Language Learner Improvement Plan identifies how we will support our English Language Learners and provide a pathway for academic excellence and the acquisition of the English language.

Magnet School Bus Transportation
Students will receive bus route and schedule information in the mail from the CCSD Transportation Department after the student is registered for the upcoming school year.
To determine if your child is eligible for transportation to our school, view the Transportation Boundaries map or click CCSD Transportation website to type in your address.
Lomie Heard does NOT manage the buses, routes, drivers, or schedules. CCSD has a mobile app for bus tracking and transportation information. The app can be downloaded from getonboard.ccsd.net
