School Organizational Team

SCHOOL ORGANIZATION TEAM

Our Lomie Heard School Organizational Team Members will:

  • Meet each month.
  • Provide input on the school performance plan and budget.
  • Provide input on the Title 1 plan and budget.
  • Provide continued advice to the principal in carrying out the school plan.
  • Be kept in the loop with all things pertaining to Lomie Heard Magnet School.

    • Provide input on the school performance plan and budget.
    • Provide continued advice to the principal in carrying out the school plan.
    • Assist with the selection of the next principal when there is a vacancy.

    • Begin attending training and meetings in October 2023.
    • Serve on the team through September 2024, unless your child no longer attends the school.
    • Attend meetings at least once per month, outside of school hours.
    • Make decisions with the whole school population in mind.
    • Work collaboratively and attempt to reach consensus with the team.

  • All School Organizational Team meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month starting at 3:30 PM.
